NVCAC AND T.tie20lh Annual Meeting of the North Vancou\ c r Community Arts C o u n c i l , held Tuesday, Scplcmber 18, 1990. in the Gallery of Presentation House, re-elected Donna Oseen as President. The meeting was also a celebration of the accomplishments of the Arts C o u n c i l during those 20 years. Founding member of the Arts C o u n c i l , Anne Macdonald, was presented with the A n nual A w a r d of Merit for her work in pioneering joint programs with other organizations, and for her work in creating Presentation House and saving the old church which is now Anne Macdonald H a l l . The C o u n c i l also assisted the "Save St.Paul's Indian Church Society," organized the Waterfront Park Sculpture "cathedral," ran the Picture Loan program for 18 years, and has hung A r t in Public Places.
