ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Annual General Meeting of die West Vancouver Community Arts Council was held on Tuesday, June 13, 1989 at 7:30 pm at Klee Wyck. Each year the WVCAC receives requests for grants from member groups to assist them with their projects in the community.
