In die Birk's Room Gallery T H E STEEL-STRING S Y M P H O N Y , a collection of 20 Vintage Guitars, each unique in history can be seen until die end of July. And coming in August, T H E PUPPETRY OF JOHN FERGUSON - a display of marionettes and puppets. The ARCHIVES has a collection of over 7000 historic photographs, mainly of North Vancouver and its early residents, transportation, homes and other buildings. These photos are stored in a vault in die Old City Hall (now Presentation House) at 333 Chesterfield in N.V. There are also early City of North Vancouver records and other reference materials available to researchers and visitors. The research room on the ground floor of the Old City Hall was once the bull pen for the jail. Archives hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday, 10 to 12:30, 1:30 to 4:30.
