In 1913, Valient Vinson, future Reeve of West Vancouver, built a house on five acres in what was known as Upper Hollyburn (on the 1400 block of Gordon). Geller and business partner Rob Chetner, known for moving the "two Dorothys" in Vancouver, plan to lift the house and move it forward to make room for parking in the lane. The renovation will incorporate a suite in the house and two in-fill cottages on the property. The garden will be redesigned in the style of the period.
