Book Clubs Many enthusiastic readers have joined one of the two book clubs open to young readers. The Young Reader’s Choice Award 1998 Book Club is underway. Students in grades 4 through 12 are invited to read at least two books on this year’s list and cast a vote in March. Voters will be eligible for prizes. The Red Cedar Book Award Club is brand new, focuses on a select list of B.C. books, and gives students an oppor- tunity to meet and discuss the books they read. Partici- pants must be in grades 4 through 7 and come to official club meetings on alternate Wednesdays, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m., February 4 through April 15. Interested in registering?
