On a couple of selected days patrons will be asked to spend a few moments filling out a brief questionnaire which will then be collected as you leave the building. We'll be asking such things as how you travelled to the Library (bus, car, etc.) and what your main reason for coming was, whether you found what you were looking for and how you would rate the service received. We'll also be inviting suggestions on new services which the Board should consider offering. If you happen to visit during one of the survey times, we hope you'll help by giving us your views. When all the data have been analyzed, a summary of the results will be printed in this space. ****** Wednesday, November 11 is Remembrance Day and the forty-second anniversary of the opening of the Memorial Library. As usual the Friends of the Library will host a reception in the building, commencing immediately after the conclusion of Remembrance Day services across the street at the Cenotaph. Everyone is welcome. WEST VANCOUVER MEMORIAL LIBRART 1950 Marine Drive West Vancouver B.C. V7V 1J8 (604) 926-3291 On-line catalogue 926-2594
