It is the most recent survey compiling the opinions of West Vancouverites concerning their municipal services and taxes. Reference facts; The first newspaper dates back to the Roman gazette called the Acta Diurna (meaning "Action Journal"), beginning publication in 59 B.C, Not all that different from today's tabloids, it printed social and political news, details of trials, births, deaths and marriages, sporting and theatrical highlights, and executions.
