Please join us for a day of activity, entertainment, refreshments and fun as we celebrate the re-dedication and official opening of the expanded Memorial Library, on Saturday, September 18. Starting with a reading and book-signing by best-selling author Nick Bantock at 10 a.m., the day will include puppet shows and musical entertainment in the Youth Services Department, performances by the West Vancouver Youth and Concert Bands, a re-dedication of our community's WW II memorial at 2 p.m. by the Royal Canadian Legion, followed by a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours and lots of refreshments served by the Friends of the Library, You stuck with us all through the construction - now come and share in the celebration of our fine new Library on the 18th.
