The Greater Vancouver Regional District is reviewing its 1985 Solid Waste Management Plan. This three stage review will ultimately result in a new Plan to handle garbage disposal in the region in a more environmentally sound and cost effective manner. Finally, to clear the air, we have received the latest edition of the Breathers' Dining Guide to completely smoke-free dining in over 275 eateries in B.C.
