That the Cdrporation of the District of West Vancouver doth hereby aocept a conveyance of,and agrees to suitably maintain as a public Park, ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situhte, lying and being in the Province of British Columbia, in the District of New Westminster in the Municipality of West Vancouver, and being composed of a portion of Block 4,District Lot 775,Group One, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Vancouver and numbered 814, and which may be more particularly known and described as follows, that is to say:- Lot A of Block 4 according to a plan of subdivision of said Block 4 deposited in the Land Registry Office of Vancouver B.C. and numbered Park".
