SPECIAL EVENTS ACTIVITIES 1993 CHRISTMAS PARTY The Christmas party will be Thursday, December 9th at 7:30 PM, again at Spurway, 235 Keith Road, West Vancouver. Convenor Lanreen Jones and Assistants, Joan Skipper, Mary Chapman, and Norma Sissons have planned what promises to be a fun evening. This year we have a “special guest” who may just arrive via the chimney...and his special “helper” who knows whoe the presents are hidden. Mel Onghton, popular West Vancouver musician, will entertain at the piano, and later will lead us in a Christmas Carol sing-along. There will be a ticket draw for tree presents...also the usual tickets for “libations” to celebrate the Christmas Season....PLUS a very distinguished waiter who has generously donated his time and assistance. If possible, please bring some mnnchies or goodies for the evening and a non perishable gift for the FOODBANK. Anyone needing transportation, please add your name to the list at the November 25th Meeting or telephone Lanreen at 922-4463 or Norma at 925-3460. This also applies to volunteer drivers. Thank you.
