Page 4 WORKROOM REPORT In 1990 the workroom volunteers recorded over 2000 hours processing material from the Rupert A. Harrison collection of photographs, papers and various journals and publications. Once again Dorothy Nelson was the undisputed Queen of the Catalogue Cards with help from Judith Power and Michelle AnnabLe. Other regular and dedicated volunteers were Joan Skipper, Eleanor Hill, Janis Johnson, Jo Benson, Francis Hall and Dora Ferguson. We were also very fortunate in having the help of Christina Andrews who is studying for her Masters of Archival Studies at U.B.C. Christina wanted some hands on experience, she was also able to use activities of our Society for some of her case studies and papers. Heather Guthrie-Sheane a professional librarian with archival background is between jobs, and she has added some valuable experience to our team. Laura Coles, our Archivist continues to guide us in ensuring that our work is carried out using the correct archival procedures. Many thanks to all volunteers who are so involved and continue to enjoy working on the project. Mary Chapman DISPLAY REPORT 1990 HERITAGE WEEK Feb. 20 - 25 FERRY BUILDING, Ambleside Landing.
