Please note that the meeting will start at SEVEN O’CLOCK and run until NINE O'CLOCK. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Arnett will be our guest speaker addressing the meeting on: "Indian History of the West Vancouver area referring to sites and mythology". We would like to point out that we booked Mr. Arnett well before the subject became so topical! Mr. Arnett is a graduate of the University of B.C. in Art History of the Americas and his timely topic should be of interest to everyone. Members are encouraged to invite a guest and reminded that refreshments are served at the conclusion of the speaker's address. Please remember to bring your own coffee mug. There will be a display of Indian artifacts, including baskets and of particular note a valuable totem pole, the prized work of carver Charlie James of Alert Bay.
