PAGE 6 OMNIUM GATHERUM-A- «*n. a miscellaneous collection (f. Latin omnium meaning "all of" and gatherum meaning "a gathering", pseudo-Latin, derivative of gather). OOPS! How many of you noticed that nice big space at the bottom of the “ two page report covering the September General Meeting? Well, that's precisely where Lucy E. Smith's signature (albeit forged) was to go. Yes, our former Recording Secretary stepped out of retirement one more time in order to give us a hand and she did an absolutely super job of covering the complex September 28th meeting. I almost cried when I realized that the newsletter had gone out minus Lucy's signature. I did cry when the January letter went out minus mine. If you think your individually signed letter was a nice touch - think again. Three hundred plus signatures! I'm not likely to forget that next year. How many of you noticed that pages two and three of the November newsletter were transposed? That was just a trick to keep you on your toes. Naw, we're just kidding. That was a little slip-up but how many of you have noticed the numbers at the top of the pages of this issue? That's our innovative , high tech remedy for future fumbling fingers. AND A H S! THANK YOU Norma Sissons for volunteering to become our Recording Secretary!
