Too bad the folks from Heritage Canada, in town for their 16th Annual Conference, didn't have time to include us in their tour, as originally planned. The Ferry Office Building was looking particularly attractive and Laureen Jones and Hugh Johnston deserve three cheers for the time and endeavour so obviously evident in their fine display. We are particularly appreciative for the loan of material from the Bas Collins collection. Having Bas to call on for information is like having a research library that never closes.
