(Bill) Smal at 20 Fulton Avenue, West Vancouver. Mrs. Snail, better known as "Sybie", was in touch of the May Queen and entourage for many years. Tne caption underneath is wrong in one detail. Peggy Barker was the first May Queen in 1931. If this is 1932, she is on her way to pass on her crown to her successor. The horses were provided for the occasion by Shelleys Four-X Bakery. Perhaps some one can identify the type of carriage and its owner.
