Host Fereshteh Kashefi describes library materials and services during a tour of the West Vancouver Memorial Library collections, explains traditional foods and practices related to the Iranian New Year displayed at the West Vancouver Memorial Library. A dramatic sequence depicts a boy discovering the foods and objects in the West Vancouver Memorial Library Iranian New Year display, and celebrating the traditional gifts. A dance sequence shows a girl and boy wearing traditional costume, dancing and lip-synching to a duet.
