- Crowd of people in front of Sewell's boathouse at the first Salmon Derby inaugurated by Dan Sewell in 1937 in Horseshoe Bay. The salmon derby would become The Sun Free Salmon Derby in 1941. First prize for the 1937 derby was a boat built by Sewell's which is partially visible at the left side of the photo. A dog is also visible.
