I remember when the Parthenon was built in the 1960's. A newspaper at the time expressed displeasure in the building for being too unusual or something. I visited it in the late seventies several times. It looked shabby by then but I liked it and am sad it's gone.

The Parthenon was built pre 50s. The property was subdivided early 70s and demolished mid 70s.
